MANAGEMENT TEAM Vivek Vemunoori, CEO XTRAMILE SOFT management team is led by Vivek Vemunoori, a leading expert in supply chain systems technology and development. Vivek has 13 years of experience working in the IT industry as project team leader, developer, and trainer and manages large scale projects for clients around the globe. Expertise is in assembling and managing teams of subject matter experts to work on highly complex systems related to supply chain management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP), finance, CMIC, and custom mobile web applications development.

Vivek maintains oversight of all projects contracted with XTRAMILE SOFT and responsible for the fiscal conservativeness and overall operations including quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

KVN Reddy (Venkat), Managing Director

Venkat has 9 years of experience managing large scale IT projects assigned to XMS, and provides consulting services to clients related to integration, systems analysis, Oracle Applications, Data Base Administration, ERP, and (CMIC). Venkat was the project leader and IT consultant at SABIC Innovative Plastics and Genpact. Venkat’s skill set include ERP-Enterprise Architecture, ETL, Oracle SQL, Requirements Analysis, Integration, Systems Analysis, PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Applications, Program Management, and Data Base Administration. He has affiliate membership with ecm-AIIM International-Enterprise Content Management Industry Association, MiroStrategy Business Intelligence, SAP Community, and Microsoft Enterprises (SQL) Server Tutorials. Venkat is responsible for requirements analysis and project management and coordinating off shore operations and project teams in India with our headquarters in Charlotte NC.

Saminathan Saravanan, Project Manager

Saminathan has 13 years of core JAVA and J2EE technologies experience in Object Oriented Analysis, Design Development, Implementation and Maintenance. Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Program experience in databases Oracle and SQL Server 2000.

Provides leadership management skills with excellent knowledge in business process design, program management, architectural skills, and distribution components development. Provides leadership and functional knowledge of domain customer requirements for multiple enterprise applications integration projects. Responsible for project planning, project estimation and RUP methodology.

Saminathan serves as XTRAMILE SOFT liaison within all levels of customer organization across geographic business units, communicating to multiple teams regarding project objectives and facilitates assigned teams understanding of project functionalities. He has the ability and proven track record to understand and apply leading edge technologies in retail, health, trucking, construction, banking industries.

James Warder, Finance Administration

As the finance administrator James initiated policies and procedures designed to help XTRAMILE SOFT reach a more stable financial position as well as assist ownership with an improved financial decision making process. He is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable and collections in order to provide for a more consistent cash flow for the company. Mr. Warder is especially important to a company like XMS that is undergoing unprecedented growth.

Trish Shelton, VP of Business Development

Trish has over 15 years of experience in business development, positioning strategies, competitive analysis. Her business development experience includes Information Technology, Security, Accounting and Finance, Private Transportation and Limo Services, Science, Education, Economic Studies, Legal Services, and Insurance. Trish is responsible for building and maintaining XMS client relations, events planning, industry and economic research, writing proposals, developing website content, review, customer feedback. Trish provides executive coaching to XMS management team.
